Account Executive, Consumer Goods

About the role

Circana is seeking an Account Executive focused on consumer packaged goods. The role will act as the primary liaison for internal and external clients, handling data‑related inquiries, ensuring data quality, and supporting the adoption of new analytics and Liquid Data® platform features.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with client stakeholders, serving as their main point of contact for data, methodology and category updates.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, communicating findings and impacts clearly to external parties.
• Proactively inform clients about upcoming data changes resulting from platform upgrades or new product launches.
• Gather client feedback and represent enhancement requests in internal discussions.
• Collaborate with Practice Leads, Commercial Teams, Operations and Product groups to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

Required profile

• More than five years of experience in client‑facing roles within the consumer goods or data‑analytics sector.
• Strong understanding of key industry categories and the ability to discuss them with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex data issues.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of handling sensitive situations independently.
