Account Manager – Bilbao

About the role

Glovo is looking for a proactive Account Manager to own the relationship with top‑tier restaurant partners in Bilbao. You will act as the main point of contact, helping partners grow their business on the platform while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top restaurant partners through regular meetings and business reviews.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, promotions, advertising and operational plans for the assigned cities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, produce KPI reports and take corrective actions to meet company OKRs.
• Negotiate promos, marketing activations and commission terms to increase partner revenue and Glovo’s visibility.
• Identify churn risks, create action plans and improve operational efficiency for partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments (e.g., startup, consulting, tech).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Public Relations or related field is a plus.
• Native Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong commercial mindset, persuasive yet customer‑focused.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven decision making with solid business judgment.
