Missions principales

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor incoming payments.
• Maintain and update student payment information within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with various campus departments to support the billing and invoicing processes.
• Assist the finance team with general accounting tasks and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities as required.
• Provide professional and high-quality financial assistance and guidance to our international students.

Profil recherché

• Master’s degree in Financial Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and oral) and upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset to support a diverse student body.
• High level of precision, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Competences requises

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data importation).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
• Strong communication and professional relationship management.
