Administrative Assistant – Hotel Occidental Paris

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Hotel Occidental Paris, part of the Barceló Group. The role involves handling communication, preparing reports, and ensuring that both physical and digital documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails and general correspondence.
• Prepare administrative reports and regular updates.
• Draft, file and review documents, both paper and electronic, including receipts and internal reports.
• Update databases and computer files with accurate information.
• Provide general support to the administrative area as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation.
