Administrative Commercial – Showroom (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Commercial professional to join our showroom in Oiartzun. The role combines front‑office customer service with proactive sales activities, ensuring a premium experience for both private customers and professional clients. Fluency in French is required to communicate effectively with our international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every visitor, delivering a personalized showroom experience.
• Identify sales opportunities, generate leads and support their conversion into projects and revenue.
• Assist walk‑in customers and scheduled appointments, understanding needs and guiding decisions.
• Provide commercial support via face‑to‑face, phone and email interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders and other professional clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.
• Support business development by increasing showroom traffic, participating in events and networking with local stakeholders.
• Register customer visits, leads and activities in the Salesforce CRM, filter and qualify incoming leads.
• Maintain showroom standards, manage samples, perform stock checks and assist with supplier administration.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in retail or showroom environments.
• Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion.
• High level of French (mandatory); Spanish and/or English are a plus.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture or related fields is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the construction, decoration or interior‑design market is valuable.
