Advanced CMS Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Advanced CMS Operations Manager to drive the end‑to‑end content delivery process for Porsche.com. Based in Barcelona, you will work with the Content Management & Operations team to ensure timely, high‑quality rollouts across markets and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content production and rollout across page types, markets and languages.
• Prioritise incoming requests, balancing capacity, deadlines and business impact.
• Act as the communication hub between content, product and international market teams.
• Orchestrate go‑live timelines, managing dependencies on data interfaces and approvals.
• Maintain transparent ticketing and delivery pipelines, identifying bottlenecks and driving process improvements.
• Support standardisation of rollout processes and reusable ways of working.
• Ensure quality and compliance checkpoints are met throughout coordination.

Required profile

• University degree in business, communications, digital media, project management or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital operations, project coordination or content rollout.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in fast‑moving, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Clear, structured communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Pragmatic, proactive and calm under delivery pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms, preferably Storyblok.
• Experience with ticketing or workflow tools.
