Agente de ventas en estación de autobuses de Valencia

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales agents to join our team at the Valencia Bus Station. You will be responsible for selling tickets and providing friendly customer service to travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell bus tickets to passengers and promote travel offers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, schedule information, and travel advice.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized ticketing area.
• Work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, split) with two days off per week.

Required profile

• Residence close to the Valencia Bus Station.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on sales.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is valued.

Required skills

• Comfortable using new technologies and ticketing systems.
