AI & Process Automation Engineer – Agents, Automation & Digitalisation

About the role

We are looking for an AI & Process Automation Engineer to modernise and automate business processes across IAA. Reporting to the Capability Manager for Process Digitalisation, you will combine business understanding with hands‑on engineering to deliver scalable, governed automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, low‑code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio), Python scripting and AI‑assisted tooling such as Claude Code.
• Translate business process requirements into technical solutions, develop reusable patterns and reference architectures, and ensure solutions are production‑ready, tested and documented.
• Create and maintain templates, configuration and knowledge structures that enable teams to adopt automation tools safely at scale.
• Ensure all solutions meet governance standards, embed auditability, human‑in‑the‑loop controls and comply with responsible AI principles.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyse processes, identify digitisation opportunities and design automation solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms, workflow orchestration and AI integration.
• Comfort communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and working in transformation programmes.
