AI Product Manager (Demo)

About the role

Celonis Demo Engineering is building the Next-Gen Demo Factory, where AI agents and LLMs handle the heavy lifting of demo creation. As AI Product Manager (Demo), you will co-lead this transformation, architecting agentic systems and building tools that turn customer business problems into compelling demos for 1,000+ go-to-market colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift to "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows, from Atlas mockups to in-product demos with Apollo, and build and improve AI agents that generate data stories, UI screens and configurations from simple business requirements.
• Create self-service agentic tools so Sales Reps and Solution Engineers can chat with a demo environment, generating custom talk-tracks, executive summaries and pitch decks on demand, then drive adoption through enablement.
• Own the end-to-end development, release and continuous improvement of the most strategic AI demo tools, prioritizing features and leading technical configuration and QA with Product and engineering partners.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks in the demo lifecycle and build AI-driven tools and orchestrations to cut manual effort and demo creation time.
• Use generative tools to turn complex data into high-impact, human-centric narratives for C-level audiences.

Required profile

• Natural problem solver through automation, preferring to build scalable generators rather than fix individual screens.
• 1.5+ years of professional experience in Value Engineering, Applied AI, Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting or a similar product-adjacent role.
• Ability to turn complex technical capabilities into a simple, value-driven business story for executives.
• Excitement to experiment constantly with new models, frameworks and prompting techniques.

Required skills

• Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or a comparable language, with comfort integrating AI models and APIs and debugging tools.
• Nice to have: cloud workflows with Microsoft Azure and Azure Blob Storage, GitHub and deployment workflows, frontend development and UI/UX, and experience with the Celonis platform.
