AI Search Innovation Lead

About the role

Fever is looking for an AI Search Innovation Lead to shape the future of organic search by focusing on how large language models (LLMs) construct answers and how the brand appears in AI-driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic evolution of SEO practices to secure brand authority across major LLMs and AI search results.
• Design and execute testing to understand how SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence.
• Develop and maintain analytical frameworks to measure AI visibility performance, integrating new data sources.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimise data schema, site architecture and API feeds for AI ingestion.
• Monitor new LLM releases and emerging platforms, translating developments into testing strategies.
• Design and execute PR and community strategies to accelerate LLM perception.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related STEM field.
• 6-9 years of SEO experience with a data‑driven, proactive approach.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data‑based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
