AI Search Innovation Lead (Madrid)

About the role

Fever is looking for an AI Search Innovation Lead to shape the future of organic discovery. Based in Madrid, you will drive the evolution of the brand’s authority in the emerging era of AI‑powered search.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing and measurement of how large language models (LLMs) generate answers for our content.
• Design analytical frameworks to track visibility across major AI models and emerging platforms such as MCPs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and PR teams to optimise site architecture for seamless AI ingestion.
• Develop and execute strategies that influence LLM perception and improve brand authority.
• Work closely with Data, Marketing and Operational teams to drive organic growth revenue.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with a strong data‑driven approach.
• Experience in AI‑enhanced search or SEO environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and communication teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
