About the role
Alsa is looking for an Airport Assistant to work at Tenerife South Airport. The position is full-time, permanent and involves customer information and assistance starting from the airport parking area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information and attend to passengers from the airport parking area
- Handle checks, queries and complaints
- Work using the latest passenger transport technologies
Required profile
- Living close to the workplace
- Good command of new technologies
- Previous experience in customer-facing jobs is valued
- Flexibility with hours
What we offer
- Permanent contract, full-time, with morning and afternoon shifts between 8:00 and 00:00
- Gross monthly salary of 1,473 EUR, with prorated bonuses
