About the role

Join MTS Globe Spain for the Summer 2026 season as an Airport Transfer Assistant at Reus Airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth transfer to their resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival at Reus Airport.
• Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
• Organise and distribute welcome packs and handle any special assistance requests.
• Enter arrivals and departures in the system, update records, and report incidents.
• Provide operational assistance during delays and manage incident handling.
• Capture and log complaints following company procedures.
• Communicate last‑minute changes to guests and coordinate updates with the resort.
• Apply risk and safety procedures and report inconsistencies to the main office.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Confident decision‑making and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Availability for rotating shifts during the summer season.
