AIT Manager – Satellite Business Line

About the role

Airbus Space Systems is seeking an AIT Manager to lead the industrial process for telecommunication satellite programmes. You will work closely with engineering, production and manufacturing teams to ensure end‑to‑end manufacturing delivery across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Integrated Project Plans, defining manufacturing activities, material procurement, assembly tools and MGSE.
• Monitor manufacturing progress, identify critical paths and report project status.
• Prepare and control manufacturing budgets, analyse production costs and manage cost deviations (EAC).
• Plan and follow up Quality Gates, manage risk and opportunity assessments.
• Coordinate inputs and outputs for Spacecraft Production in Spain.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Leadership skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
