Analista - Técnico/a de Seguridad Vial

About the role

We are looking for a Road Safety Analyst / Technician to join ALSA’s safety team in Madrid. The role combines data‑driven monitoring of a 3,000‑vehicle fleet, accident investigation and technical coordination to support our commitment to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor critical events daily (fatigue, speed, mobile phone use) using AI and the DriveCam platform across a fleet of 3,000 vehicles.
• Investigate accidents in Spain and the UK, extracting video evidence for insurers, authorities and internal processes.
• Manage data to produce weekly safety statistics and reports that inform strategic decisions.
• Supervise installation, calibration and connectivity of cameras in workshops and keep the fleet inventory up‑to‑date.
• Perform basic system administration, follow up on technology pilots and coordinate weekly meetings with the UK team.
• Prepare and support audits for INSIA and ISO 39001 safety certifications.

Required profile

• University degree or higher‑level vocational training in Criminology, Security, Investigation, Data Analytics, Statistics, Systems Administration or related fields.
• English level B2, with weekly meetings with international teams.
• 1‑2 years of experience in similar safety‑analysis or data‑management roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
