API Designer / Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an API Designer / Business Analyst to shape and deliver technical solutions for our Qualys‑based dashboards. The role combines gap analysis, vendor coordination and user‑focused testing to ensure high‑quality, secure reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify technical gaps and draft detailed specifications for MTSB dashboards in Qualys.
• Assist during implementation and follow up with external vendors.
• Collect tester feedback, coordinate UAT phases and apply necessary improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, specifications and project progress.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Qualys (dashboard, VMDR or asset management).
• Proven ability to gather business and technical requirements and write technical specifications.
• Experience supporting testing phases (UAT) and driving change requests.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• High level of written and spoken English for international collaboration.

Required skills

• Qualys (dashboards, VMDR, asset management).
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• ITIL framework.
• Qualys VMDR Specialist certification (preferred).
• Qualys CSAM certification (preferred).
