Area Sales Manager – Hospitality SaaS

About the role

Noovy is looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive the adoption of its all‑in‑one hospitality SaaS platform across Southern Europe. Based remotely in Northern Spain, you will work directly with independent hoteliers, showcasing how Noovy can modernise their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage independent hotels within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Noovy’s value proposition.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve quarterly targets.
• Attend hospitality events, trade fairs, and networking gatherings.
• Develop long‑term relationships with hotel owners and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams, sharing market insights and feedback.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Spanish and native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, French, or Italian.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HotelTech, hospitality, or travel technology.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Full work authorization in Spain (no visa sponsorship).

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
