About the role

We are looking for a Tax Associate to join our Financial Services Tax team in Valencia. You will support clients in meeting their tax obligations and advise on local and international tax matters, helping them understand pricing implications and deal structures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in various project aspects, preparing deliverables and ensuring compliance.
• Provide tax advice on domestic and cross‑border transactions, pricing between related parties, and deal structures.
• Support clients in tax structuring, operational tax risk management, and capital‑requirement compliance.
• Contribute to the development of your own technical vision and capabilities and those of the team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial trends and local/national economic issues.
• Ensure compliance with tax matters.
• Develop internal relationships and promote PwC’s brand.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field such as law, economics, finance, or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in tax regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a problem‑solving team.
