ASO Specialist – App Store Optimization Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ASO Specialist to own the visibility and organic growth of a global professional services leader’s mobile apps. You will act as the strategic bridge between internal objectives and external execution, driving measurable improvements across the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ASO strategies, including keyword research and competitor benchmarking.
• Coordinate and supervise external ASO agencies, ensuring proposals align with brand guidelines.
• Own app‑store listing optimization (metadata) and run A/B testing cycles for visual assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, investigate fluctuations, and deliver actionable insights to Marketing, Product, and Performance teams.
• Contribute to the long‑term ASO roadmap and propose process enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven ASO experience for both iOS and Android.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and multi‑market strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into clear recommendations.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 minimum) for international collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sensor Tower.
• Proficiency with data.ai (formerly App Annie).
• Experience using A/B testing platforms for visual assets (icons, screenshots).
