Assistant Account Manager – Italian Market

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to support our Supply team in Barcelona, focusing on the Italian market. You will help boat owners join our platform, create listings and ensure a smooth experience throughout their partnership with Click&Boat.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners (approximately 80% of the time), guiding them through listing creation, photo uploads and platform navigation.
• Support existing partners with account optimisation, calendar updates and answer platform‑related questions; contribute to market research and internal presentations as needed (about 20%).

Required profile

• Bilingual in Italian and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role (internship, summer job or similar).
• Strong phone communication skills, proactive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Team player, comfortable in a fast‑moving start‑up environment and eager to share ideas.

• Fixed‑term contract (6‑9 months) with a gross salary of €1 823 per month.
