Assistant Producer

About the role

The Production team at Travelzoo creates and curates travel deals for our members. As an Assistant Producer you will research, write, test‑book and evaluate offers, while collaborating with sales and publishing teams to ensure the best deals reach our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, grammatical descriptions of travel opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships to secure top‑performing offers.
• Research offers to assess value and articulate recommendations.
• Sift through a variety of offers to identify the most compelling ones.
• Test‑book deals, update ongoing offers, and pitch the best deals to Publishers.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop new client relationships and grow existing ones.
• Monitor performance metrics, make adjustments, and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Digital Media, PR, Advertising or a similar area.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgement and high performance orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; international living experience is a plus.
• Passion for travel and personal experience booking travel.
• Empathetic, hands‑on and innovative working style.
