About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven restored heritage buildings in the heart of Madrid's Centro Canalejas, is scheduled to open in early spring 2020. The hotel will feature four restaurants and bars, including a rooftop restaurant with Spanish celebrity chef Dani García. The Assistant Restaurant Manager (all day dining) joins the pre-opening team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, and helps lead the daily Food and Beverage operation of the all-day dining restaurant.

Key responsibilities

Select, manage and develop the Food and Beverage team
Be visible in operations, recognise guests and cultivate new guest relationships
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to plan and develop menus and wine lists
Control expenses through planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions
Handle policy making and inventory control
Ensure guests receive the highest level of service

Required profile

Wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels
Experience of a new hotel or resort opening is ideal
Legal right to work in Spain
Fluency in English and Spanish
