Associate (AI) Solution Consultant (DACH) - Orbit Program

About the role

Celonis is looking for an Associate (AI) Solution Consultant for its Orbit Graduate program, based in Madrid for a 2-year onboarding period with possible relocation to Munich afterwards. The customer base is in Germany/DACH, involving travel to meet clients in person. You will join the Value Engineering team and act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them industrialize AI with Celonis' Process Intelligence platform combined with partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' AI strategy and business-critical challenges, and turn their requirements into solutions that fit their needs
• Build and code within the Celonis platform (SQL, PQL and Python) and prototype solutions in customer hackathons
• Support customers in moving from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents, and deliver end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects
• Present the business value of the solution to senior executives and stay involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached
• Specialize in domains or industries (e.g. supply chain) and contribute reusable collateral and best practices to the global Value Engineering center of excellence

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related STEM field with excellent academic performance
• Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology
• Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
• Customer-centric mindset, confidence presenting to diverse audiences, and strong organizational skills

Required skills

• Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration and fine-tuning
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools
• Bonus: customer-facing or sales experience, hands-on proof-of-concept projects, agentic system building, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and supply chain process experience
