Associate (AI) Solution Consultant (Nordics) - Orbit Program

About the role

Celonis is looking for an Associate (AI) Solution Consultant for its Orbit Graduate program, based in Madrid for a 2-year onboarding period with possible relocation to Stockholm or Copenhagen later. The customer base is in the Nordics, involving travel to meet clients in person, starting 1 February 2027. You will join the Value Engineering team and act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, building Celonis Process Intelligence solutions with AI and ML partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' AI strategy and business-critical challenges, and turn their requirements into solutions
• Build and code within the Celonis platform (SQL, PQL and Python) and prototype solutions in customer hackathons
• Support customers in moving from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents
• Deliver end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects and present business value to senior executives
• Specialize in domains or industries such as supply chain
• Create reusable collateral, best practices and tools for the Value Engineering Center of Excellence

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related STEM field with excellent academic performance
• Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish)
• Customer-centric mindset, confidence presenting to diverse audiences and strong organizational skills

Required skills

• Generative AI concepts such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering and multi-agent orchestration
• Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Bonus: customer-facing or sales experience, hands-on proof-of-concept projects, LLM ecosystem tools, ERP experience (SAP, Oracle)
