Associate (AI) Solution Consultant – Orbit Program (Benelux)

About the role

Celonis is looking for an Associate (AI) Solution Consultant for its Orbit Graduate program, based in Madrid for a 2-year onboarding period with possible relocation to Amsterdam later. The customer base is in the Benelux region, involving travel to meet clients in person. You will join the Value Engineering team and act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them industrialize AI with Celonis' Process Intelligence platform combined with AI and ML partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' AI strategy and business-critical challenges, and turn their requirements into solutions that deliver value
• Build and code within the Celonis platform (SQL, PQL and Python) and prototype solutions in customer hackathons
• Support customers in moving from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents, and run end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects
• Specialize in domains or industries (e.g. supply chain) and present quantified business value to senior executives
• Stay involved with projects until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached
• Contribute to the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence with reusable collateral, best practices and tools

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related STEM field with excellent academic performance
• Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Bonus points: customer-facing, customer success or sales experience, hands-on proof-of-concept work, experience modeling ROI and TCO, and ERP experience (SAP and/or Oracle)

Required skills

• Generative AI concepts such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration and fine-tuning
• Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Data engineering tools and technologies
