Audiovisual Solutions Manager

About the role

Publicis Groupe is looking for an Audiovisual Solutions Manager in Madrid to help develop the next generation of audiovisual solutions for its clients. The role combines a strong knowledge of the audiovisual market with a commercial, strategic and solution-oriented mindset, working closely with clients, agencies, media partners and internal teams to turn the evolving audiovisual ecosystem into integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative audiovisual solutions by combining TV, CTV, digital video, data, technology and content capabilities
• Identify opportunities across the audiovisual ecosystem and turn them into client solutions, from concept to implementation
• Take an active part in client conversations, presentations, pitches and strategic projects, explaining complex capabilities simply
• Contribute to TV and CTV negotiations and investment strategies, and analyse plans to improve efficiency
• Monitor market dynamics, costs, audiences and investment trends to support strategic decisions
• Build relationships with media owners and partners, and work with planning, trading, strategy, data and content teams

Required profile

• Broad audiovisual expertise and a strong commercial mindset
• Experience in media, planning, buying, trading, strategy, business development or related areas
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to connect different capabilities into clear client solutions
• Interest in innovation, technology, data and content, and good understanding of media economics, investment and negotiation
• High level of English
