Automation and AI Consultant

About the role

As part of the Center of Excellence for Southern‑Europe, you will support HR and Payroll Operations across France, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. You will manage and improve end‑to‑end processes, driving the transition toward smarter, scalable and future‑proof automation and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Innovate, standardise and automate transactional processes to reduce manual effort.
• Explore and develop AI‑driven opportunities such as intelligent automation, decision support and process insights.
• Analyse, improve and implement process flows and tools to optimise workload for clients and internal teams.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: business analysis, collaborate with IT, roll‑out, communication and follow‑up.
• Build stakeholder buy‑in, guide change management and monitor Lean‑based process standards.

Required profile

• Digital and AI‑literate mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast‑changing environment.
• Experience with payroll administration, social legislation or IT is advantageous.
