About the role

We are looking for an Airport Assistant to work at Fuerteventura Airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing information, handling check‑in procedures and supporting the overall airport operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including check‑in and boarding support.
• Manage passenger inquiries, complaints and administrative tasks.
• Handle documentation and data entry related to flight operations.
• Collaborate with airport staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Residence close to the airport.
• Comfortable using new technologies.
• Previous experience in customer‑service roles is valued.
• Good level of English is an advantage.
