AWS Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

This role sits within the AWS partnership team and drives Supabase’s and AWS’s joint co‑marketing and go‑to‑market motion across segments such as gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI. You will translate segment strategy into campaigns and content that reach AWS field teams and partners, working closely with segment leads and the Alliances Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Produce co‑marketing content and enablement assets (case studies, campaign materials, partner‑facing documentation) for gaming, enterprise, startup, and AI segments.
• Plan and execute joint campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams from concept through launch.
• Support AWS‑funded marketing engagements and executive‑facing events with content creation and coordination.
• Build and maintain enablement materials that keep partner‑facing teams and AWS contacts current on Supabase’s story.
• Identify target audiences and contacts for campaigns, partnering with RevOps and marketing tooling as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in partner or co‑marketing, preferably alongside a major cloud provider such as AWS.
• Strong writer and communicator able to turn technical products and partnerships into clear, compelling narratives.
• Execution‑oriented mindset focused on shipping campaigns and content.
• High degree of autonomy and external credibility, leading workstreams and representing Supabase in high‑stakes partner discussions.
• Familiarity with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanisms is a plus.
