About the role

The Hotel Allegro Isora is looking for a motivated Waiter Assistant to support the front‑of‑house team. You will help guests feel welcome, ensure smooth service of food and beverages, and maintain the cleanliness of your work area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests at reception and help them settle into the hotel when needed.
• Serve drinks and meals directly to customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.
• Participate in the set‑up, mounting and dismantling of service stations and buffets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the service area and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Mandatory APPCC (food safety) certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Team‑player with ability to work under pressure, good personal image and strong customer orientation.
