About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join its Food & Beverage team. You will support the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner services while maintaining the high standards of quality and safety expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle food according to quality standards and guest specifications.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment such as choppers, mixers and ovens.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Apply solid knowledge of health codes and execute all types of food cuts correctly.
• Contribute to the traceability of food containers.
• Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently during service periods.

Required profile

• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to multitask.
• Professional training related to catering or hospitality.
• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of kitchen tools, systems and food safety regulations.
• Physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods.
