About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join the culinary team at our hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting chefs and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and hygienically.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
• Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
• Mix ingredients for recipes.
• Pluck poultry and prepare meat cuts.
• Scale and fillet fish.
• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean.
• Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

• Medium‑level culinary training (Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio de Cocina y Gastronomía) and a HACCP course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• No language requirement.
• Hospitality knowledge is a plus.
