Ayudante de Economato – Siete Coronas

About the role

The Economato Assistant supports the hotel’s purchasing and material management functions, ensuring that all departments have the supplies they need to operate smoothly. You will work closely with the Economato Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and uphold quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out qualified and responsible purchasing of goods and materials.
• Assist in identifying the merchandise and material needs of each hotel area.
• Support the Economato Manager in registering suppliers and goods.
• Receive ordered items, verify expiration dates, quality, quantity and process invoices.
• Monitor and control stock levels of merchandise and materials.
• Handle storage, handling and organization of all materials and products.

Required profile

• Medium-level vocational training in Administration, Purchasing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic English is desirable.
• Hospitality knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with the SAP program.
