B2B Customer Support Advisor – English Speaking (Onsite)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a B2B Customer Support Advisor, providing English‑language assistance to business clients from our Barcelona office. You will help well‑known brands improve their operations through technology and integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests, delivering accurate advice while meeting contractual SLA targets.
• Escalate potential service issues and follow project processes and procedures.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during absences and collaborate with supervisors or mentors on specific projects.
• Handle administrative duties such as holiday, sickness and overtime forms.
• Participate in regular team meetings and undertake additional tasks to maintain service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native English speaker with previous experience in a similar customer support role.
• Basic sales abilities, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Strong communication and listening skills, able to work under stress and solve problems logically.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and adaptable to varying situations.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (39 hours/week), Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00.
• Annual gross salary of €23,000 plus up to €3,000 performance bonus.
