Bell Host – Guest Services

About the role

The Bell Host is the first point of contact for guests at Aethos Mallorca, welcoming them with a warm smile and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will manage luggage, provide valet and transportation assistance, and guide guests throughout the resort, contributing to an exceptional hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors, offering a memorable welcome and farewell.
• Handle all luggage with care, delivering items promptly to and from guest rooms.
• Provide valet services, securely managing vehicles and coordinating private chauffeur arrivals.
• Arrange transportation such as taxis or private transfers as requested.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, offering directions and escorting guests when needed.
• Keep department equipment clean and functional, completing daily checklists.
• Process valet parking cash and card transactions accurately and report any damages.
