Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (French/English) – Remote (Spain)

About the role

Jetstream is seeking a detail‑oriented Bilingual Customer Care Specialist fluent in English and French to join its Guest Services team. This permanent remote position offers a structured 4‑day workweek (32 hours) and involves supporting guests throughout their booking and stay experience across multiple travel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations and guest inquiries on Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com and other OTA platforms.
• Screen guests using Autohost and verify booking eligibility.
• Resolve payment issues via Stripe and Cirrus.
• Communicate with guests through Jetchat, Front, and OTA messaging systems.
• Coordinate access information using Operto and RemoteLock.
• Oversee arrival logistics and guest check‑in processes.
• Track cancellations, refunds, and compliance‑related tasks.
• Utilise modern hospitality, payments, communication and operational tools such as Power BI and Slack.
• Troubleshoot guest issues quickly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in European hospitality, customer service, OTA guest support or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Willingness to work weekends as part of a fixed 4‑day schedule.
• Tech‑savvy, quick to learn new platforms, and self‑starter in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, calm and solutions‑oriented when handling guest concerns.
