Brand & Communication Specialist (Hybrid, Madrid)

About the role

Smileat is looking for a Brand & Communication Specialist to shape and protect its brand identity across every consumer touchpoint. You will lead the development of messaging, editorial direction, and creative concepts, ensuring a consistent and distinctive voice that aligns with the company’s purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Define and safeguard the brand’s tone of voice, message architecture, and storytelling.
• Lead communication strategy for product launches, including key messages, creative territories, claims, naming, and campaign concepts.
• Produce brand copy for packaging, website, e‑commerce platforms, Amazon, CRM, sales materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Set the editorial line for the company podcast, selecting topics, guests, and scripting episodes.
• Prepare creative briefs for photo/video shoots, campaigns, content creators, and user‑generated content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and media.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in brand, communication, or content marketing, preferably within consumer‑goods or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent creative writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proven experience developing communication strategies and brand campaigns.
• Strong creative sensibility and judgment to build relevant brands.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
• Organised, collaborative, and detail‑oriented.
• Interest in food, health, and wellness sectors.
