Brand Marketing Lead

About the role

Valsea Technology is looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to act as the CMO’s primary execution partner. Based in Marbella, you will drive brand‑centric acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple teams, ensuring a cohesive brand experience for players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full marketing calendar, planning, briefing and coordinating simultaneous campaigns across acquisition, CRM/Retention, VIP, design, content and product.
• Translate CMO strategy and business objectives into actionable road‑maps with clear timelines, owners and KPIs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for live marketing initiatives, escalating blockers and resolving cross‑team conflicts.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including briefs, timelines, dependencies and RACI matrices using Jira.
• Facilitate weekly sprint reviews to keep deliverables on brief, on budget and on schedule.
• Ensure all marketing output adheres to the brand’s tone of voice, visual identity and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior brand‑marketing roles within fast‑paced, tech‑oriented environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders from acquisition, CRM, design, content and product.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable business impact.
