Business Consultant – Commercial Content

About the role

Join Veeva’s Global Content Practice to help Life Sciences customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming technology, data, and AI‑enabled content operating models. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end‑to‑end, ensuring high‑quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within the workstream.
• Drive practice growth through business development activities and internal IP creation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in content operating models, medical/legal/regulatory review, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or technology‑enabled consulting solutions.
