Business Consultant - German Speaker (Finance & Planning)

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for a Business Consultant fluent in German to join its Squad Business operations, which covers all finance-related topics. The role sits within the finance function and involves budget steering, forecasting and mid-term planning.

Key responsibilities

• In-year budget steering and monitoring of financial targets as part of year-end management
• Own and run the forecasting process (short- and mid-term forecasts)
• Contribute to mid-term planning (iPF), including recommendations, business and financial evaluation
• Analyse actuals, variances and trends, and prepare results
• Prepare reports, presentations and decision-making materials for management
• Coordinate closely with business units, controlling and management
• Identify optimisation potential in planning and steering processes

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial controlling, budget steering and forecasting
• Experience with mid-term planning (iPF) and year-end steering
• German speaking
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and communication skills, with a business-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial planning processes
• Experience with T-SP / DT internal tools (MTF/MTB, Alithea) is a plus
