Business Consultant - New Joiners (September 2027)

About the role

PwC is recruiting new joiners for its Business Consulting line in Barcelona, starting in September 2027. The role provides strategic guidance and analysis to help organisations achieve their business objectives, supporting clients in optimising their business processes and results. It suits young professionals with little or no experience who want to start their career with top-tier national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive strategic guidance and analysis to clients across the Business Consulting practice areas: Financial Function, Supply Chain Management, Customer, IT Consulting, Data & Analytics and People & Organization.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of clients and team members, adapting to different challenges and scopes.
• Take ownership of your own development and deliver quality work that creates value for clients.

Required profile

• Final-year university or postgraduate student, or recent graduate; the degree must be completed to join in August/September 2027.
• Engineering degrees (industrial, aeronautical, computer science, telecommunications, etc.) or degrees in Mathematics, Statistics or Physics.
• High spoken and written English, assessed during selection.
• A good academic record and completed studies are valued, as well as company placements, Erasmus exchanges and knowledge of other languages.
• No experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
