Business Development Representative – UK Market

About the role

NeuralTrust is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting for the UK market. You will be the first point of contact for enterprise and mid‑market organisations, introducing our AI security SaaS platform and building a qualified pipeline for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts and decision‑makers across the UK enterprise and mid‑market landscape.
• Run high‑volume outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify inbound leads, assess fit and intent, and route them to the appropriate Account Executive.
• Book and hand‑off qualified meetings, ensuring a smooth transition for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaign alignment.
• Work with Sales to refine outbound playbooks, ideal customer profiles and messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date on AI security trends and NeuralTrust’s product offering.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with high‑volume cold calling, email sequencing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Genuine interest in AI, cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
