Business Management Specialist

About the role

The Business Management Specialist will ensure the growth and compliance of the dealer network, driving customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability across the national territory. This role works closely with the global design team, suppliers and the HQ Changan team to align brand standards with operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and supervise the brand’s network development plan at concession and installation levels.
• Audit dealer facilities, signage, equipment and corporate design to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Identify and evaluate new strategic locations to expand the dealer network.
• Monitor business performance against plans, manage concession appointments and renewal projects.
• Coordinate internal projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality and cost control.
• Provide professional support to distributors to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Prepare and present reports on compliance, network status and improvement proposals.
• Visit dealers to promote Changan brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing dealer or retail networks.
• Strong understanding of brand standards, audit processes and compliance.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic expansion plans.
• Excellent project management and reporting skills.
• Effective communication with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
