Business & Programmes Lead – Customer Service & Support

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España is looking for a senior professional to lead business and programme activities within its Customer Service and Support division. The role combines financial stewardship, operational oversight and the development of new service offers, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Service & Support P&L, SOP exercises, business performance monitoring and the creation of new business developments and offers.
• Consolidate the PSO view to secure daily operations, including plateau management, fleet availability monitoring, contract execution and customer satisfaction tracking.
• Maintain bilingual negotiation‑level communication in English and Spanish with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity to protect the company’s reputation and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Professional experience in managing P&L and business performance within a customer‑service or support environment.
• Proven ability to develop and launch new service offers.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with fleet availability and contract management.
• Negotiation‑level fluency in English and Spanish.
• High awareness of compliance requirements and a commitment to ethical conduct.
