Cabin Crew – Madrid Applicants, Dubai Base with Relocation

About the role

Emirates is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members who will represent the airline’s brand while ensuring passenger safety and comfort. Candidates from Madrid will be relocated to Dubai, where they will receive world‑class training before joining the flight deck.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Assist with boarding, cabin preparation and in‑flight service.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cabin environment.
• Collaborate with the flight crew to handle any in‑flight issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
