Cabin Crew – Madrid Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Emirates is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its Dubai‑based team, supporting flights that originate from or serve the Madrid market. As the face of the airline, you will ensure passenger comfort, safety, and a memorable travel experience while operating from Emirates’ state‑of‑the‑art training facility in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑flight service, attending to passenger needs with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Conduct safety demonstrations, manage emergency equipment, and respond confidently to any security or safety incidents.
• Collaborate with the flight deck and ground teams to ensure smooth boarding, cabin preparation, and on‑time departures.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and adhere to all regulatory and company standards throughout each flight.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.
