Camarero/a – Servicio de alimentos y bebidas

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join the food and beverage team at Barceló Corralejo Bay. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service to guests in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service and sales autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when needed and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during consumption of food and drinks.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools required for smooth service.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• High level of English.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under stress and maintain a professional image.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP (APPCC) principles.
• Basic understanding of cocktail preparation and restaurant operations.
