Chat Operator (Remote, Spain)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join our partner’s fully remote team in Spain. You will monitor and improve AI‑assisted conversations on large‑scale online platforms, ensuring a high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) and maintain smooth interaction flow.
• Intervene when needed to clarify tone, improve response quality, or correct content.
• Track, evaluate, and analyse communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identify strengths and weaknesses, and report technical or content issues.
• Coordinate requests for supporting media (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined work approach and good understanding of user behavior.
• High empathy, proactive learning mindset, and interest in AI tools.
• Excellent written Russian skills and solid command of English.
