Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Madrid)

About the role

The Client Advisor acts as a key ambassador for Gucci, delivering an elevated, personalized experience to clients in the Madrid store. You will combine strong fashion sensibility with a passion for luxury culture to build lasting relationships and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience before, during and after the sale, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Build authentic relationships with clients, actively listening to their needs and anticipating future desires.
• Develop and nurture a solid client portfolio to generate loyal, repeat business.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, highlighting materials, craftsmanship and storytelling.
• Create personalized, timeless looks, acting as a stylist and trusted fashion advisor.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPI goals, leveraging clienteling tools to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support front‑ and back‑of‑house activities, upholding visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑quality client service environments, preferably luxury fashion, accessories or hospitality.
• Strong fashion sensibility and genuine passion for contemporary style and trends.
• Client‑oriented mindset with excellent relationship‑building abilities.
• Business‑driven attitude with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Professional, transparent and authentic in all interactions.
