Client Ambassador – Luxury Retail

About the role

Balenciaga is seeking a Client Ambassador to join its flagship store at El Corte Inglés in Madrid. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand, delivering the iconic Balenciaga experience to both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques.
• Act as a host for customers, building and strengthening strong relationships.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
• Replenish stock, ensure high standards of merchandise presentation, and uphold visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Adhere to personal appearance standards, security, health and safety regulations, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall visual standards.
• Support store processes, compliance, and perform additional duties within defined responsibility levels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar retail or client‑facing role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with frequent change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; a third language is a strong advantage.
